It lies 14 km/9 miles south-east of Kathmandu City and was founded in the 9th century. The square showcases the splendor of the Golden Age of Nepali art and architecture. In Bhaktapur, you will visit the DurbarSquaree with its array of temples overlooked by the Palace of 55 Windows built by King Bhupatindra Malla.
